Free UK Shipping, delivered with care.
So you have placed your order, received your proof and fallen in love with your new contemporary wallpaper, you now want it quick and we will get it to you quick! We produce everything ourselves in our purpose built manufacturing hub and so can guarantee we will dispatch your new wallpaper within 3-5 days of proof sign off.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
We work hard to provide our customer with the highest possible quality and service but in the unlikely event you receive a product that is either incorrect or damaged, you can return your item within 14 days and we will replace your product. If the product is damaged upon receipt from the courier the product must be signed for as damaged and we are to be made aware within 24 hours of the delivery time, we will then require the product shipping back to us to carry out our checks. Failure to comply will result in the exchange being void. You must arrange shipping for the return of the product and upon inspection, we will refund you £9.50 in delivery charges.

Custom-fit murals
Our sizes on offer have been carefully calculated to ensure there's always an option for you but if you require a custom-fit or personalised design we wouldn't be unable to offer a no questions asked return and refund unfortunately as this product has been made for you and offers no recycling value thereafter.
That's not to say we're not here to help, please contact us at hello@contemporarywallpaper.co.uk in this instance and if the reason is completely and undeniably our fault we will always offer the help to ensure you are still a happy customer of ours.
Logistics
We are not liable for any delays caused by the logistics company. We are working with our delivery partners to ensure all products are delivered in a prompt manner but there may be exceptions that are out of our control.
